Welcome to Best City Luxury Apartments

1. Cancellation
Any bookings cancelled up to 21 days before arrival shall be charged for the full amount due. Any bookings cancelled over 21 days before arrival shall incur a 25% fee.  (Any bookings for the Edinburgh International Festival or the period from the 1st Aug - 8th Sep that are cancelled up to 65 days before the 1st of August, shall be charged the full amount due).   All cancellations should be confirmed in writing via email, letter or fax. Please refer to our contact page for details.
 
2. Checking in/ out
Unless arrangements have been made with us you must check in no earlier than 2pm. All properties must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
   
3. Inventory
Each apartment contains a full inventory
 
4. Damage
On arrival we require that you agree to leave the apartment as you found it.  There will be a £50.00 charge to your account if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy condition.  There will also be a charge to your account to cover any damages/breakages to the property during your stay, we also do not permit candles in any of our apartments.     
 

ALL ELECTRICITY/HEATING MUST BE SWITCHED OFF BEFORE DEPARTURE.

FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN A £50 CHARGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

 
 
5. Theft/ Loss
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods or personal belongings from any of our apartments during your stay.
 
6. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. If evidence of smoking in the premises is found £100 will be charged to your account. There are smoking areas available on the balconies of our Ramsay Garden and Drummond House apartments.
 
7. Children
We would not recommend children under 6 years old to stay at our Ramsay Garden apartment.
 
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

9. Transfers
Private transfers are available for pickup at airport/ ferry terminals. Please contact us for details.

10. Special Offers
Possible discounts are available for weekly and long term stays depending on the season. Please contact us for details.

11. Christmas, New Year and Festival Minimum Stay
During August and from the 22nd December – 5th January the minimum stay is 4 nights.

12. Credit/ Debit Card Bookings
All Credit/ Debit Card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge.

13. When making a reservation it is understood you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
